Crypto-Asset Services EBA Report on ML/TF risks

In October 2025, the European Banking Authority (EBA) issued a Report on Tackling ML/TF Risks in Crypto-Asset Services. This report provides a structured review of money laundering and terrorist financing (ML/TF) vulnerabilities in the crypto-asset sector and guidance to strengthen European supervisory practices under MiCA.
