The Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH is Austria's regulatory authority for media, telecommunications and postal services, organised into a Media and Telecommunications division and a Postal Service division. Its statutory mandate covers regulating, developing and promoting those markets, with competition and media diversity as stated objectives. It also hosts the KI-Servicestelle, Austria's AI Service Desk, established as the national contact and information point for the EU AI Act.
