The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) warns that the platform www.topeu.com/pl is conducting trading in financial instruments without authorization or power of attorney. The KNF has filed a notification with the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and added this entity to their list of unauthorized firms operating in Poland, available at https://www.knf.gov.pl/en/CONSUMERS/Information_for_the_financial_market_consumers/Public_warnings.
