The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has alerted the public that Skycash Poland S.A. made a public offering of securities without the required prospectus and approval from KNF. The firm is suspected of committing an offence under Article 99(1) point 2 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies. Skycash Poland S.A. has been added to the list of unauthorized firms operating in Poland, available at https://www.knf.gov.pl/en/CONSUMERS/Information_for_the_financial_market_consumers/Public_warnings.
