The circular sets out guidelines for Luxembourg-based fund management companies (GFIs) that start managing a non-agreed upon by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financial (CSSF) investment fund.
The CSSF requires GFIs to submit information on the following:
OPCVMs and FIA additionnels that they manage
Any changes to the information previously submitted
Termination of their role as a manager for a non-agreed upon by the CSSF investment fund
The deadline for submitting information is:
Before starting to manage an OPCVM or FIA additionnel (for SG15 and authorized GFIs)
Within 10 working days after starting to manage an FIA additionnel (for registered GFIs)
The circular supersedes Circular CSSF 15/612.
